1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by

2. Where do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?

kūpaa ships to the following countries:

Singapore (2-3 business days)

  • Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$4
  • Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free

Taiwan (6 business days)

  • Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$5
  • Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free

Malaysia (3-7 business days)

  • Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$5
  • Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free

Australia (7 business days)

  • Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$4
  • Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free

Thailand (4-7 business days)

  • Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$14
  • Above S$100, Shipping Fee: S$9

Indonesia (4-10 business days)

  • Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$14
  • Above S$100, Shipping Fee: S$9

3. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

NOTICE: Please allow up to 10 additional business days for your order to be dispatched, we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. Our team is working super hard to get orders out as quickly as possible so we thank you for your patience.

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. When will I receive my order?

You should expect to receive your order based on the timelines below barring any stock issues or shipment delays. Please note the delivery times are estimated. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email.

  • Thailand (4-7 business days)
  • Indonesia (4-10 business days)
  • Taiwan (6 business days)

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact hello@kupaa.co once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, no cancellation of order will be allowed. If you would like to exchange for a product in your order, it must be of equivalent value or higher. Please contact us at hello@kupaa.co for assistance.

6. What is your return or refund policy?

Purchases are final and can not be returned or refunded.

In the event that your order arrives defective in any way or you have received an incorrect item, please email us as within the same date of delivery at hello@kupaa.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note that we will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective or incorrect items, and reserve the right to replace defective or damaged items at our sole discretion. 

All returns must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Please use an appropriate cardboard box for returns to prevent damage during transit.

7. Can I exchange my product?

Should you wish to exchange a product you had already received, please email us within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note that shipping fee shall be borne by customers.
