1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by

2. Where do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
kūpaa ships (excluding time taken to fulfil the order) to the following countries at the following fees:
Singapore
- Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$4
- Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free*
Taiwan
- Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$5
- Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free*
Malaysia
- Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$5
- Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free*
Australia
- Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$9
- Above S$100, Shipping Fee: Free*
Thailand
- Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$14
- Above S$100, Shipping Fee: S$9*
Indonesia
- Below S$100, Shipping Fee: S$14
- Above S$100, Shipping Fee: S$9*
* Relevant shipping fees will continue to apply for orders of Serendipity or Adoption drive over S$100.

3. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
The time taken for your order to be processed (a.k.a fulfilled) is as follows:*
- Bowl & Carrier Duet: Within 10 business days
- Serendipity: Within 15 business days
- Adoption drive: Within 25 business days
* Excluding weekends and holidays. after receiving your order confirmation email
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, no cancellation of order will be allowed. If you would like to replace for a product in your order, it must be of equivalent value or higher. All shipping cost arising from the replacement is on you. Please contact us at hello@kupaa.co for assistance.
5. What is your return or refund policy?
Purchases are final and can not be returned or refunded unless found to be materially defective and not fit for purpose.
In the event that your order arrives materially defective or not fit for purpose in any way or you have received an incorrect item, please email us as within the same date of delivery at hello@kupaa.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please note that all shipping cost arising from the replacement is on you.
All returns must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Please use an appropriate cardboard box for returns to prevent damage during transit.
